Please allow 48 hours for your order to be dispatched unless stated otherwise on the item description. If there are any delays, we will be sure to keep you updated via email.

United Kingdom:

We currently use Hermes to post all parcels. Delivery is fully tracked and takes 2-3 working days usually. 

We also use Royal Mail 2nd Class to post any items such as socks, vests, hair accessories. This usually takes around 2-5 working days to arrive, however, this service may take longer during busy times of the year.

International Shipping:

We currently use Royal Mail International Tracked for any international parcels which will then be handed over to your countries mail postal service. This service can take 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for the rest of the world. However, please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods.

 

Please note we can not offer money back if postage takes longer than usual, so if you require your delivery for a specific date - we always recommend contacting us to discuss prior to ordering.
