We accept all returns on the following basis:
  • Items that are returned within 30 days of being dispatched.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition (e.g no defects and label still attached)

  • Any packaging is still intact (e.g tags, boxes, protective covers - This does not included the gift wrapping or postal bag)

Please note that all returns are to be paid for by the customer.

We urge all customers to obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for any returns that go missing in the post.

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund the next working day. However, please allow 3-5 working days for the money to be credited to your account. If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help resolve the issue.

We reserve the right not to issue refunds to any items that have been returned outside out returns policy.

EXCHANGES

We do offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery given that the item is in its original condition and all labels are still intact. 

FAULTY GOODS

If you feel you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will organise an exchange or refund for you. We reserve the right to decline refunds/exchanges requested outside of this window.
